Returns and Exchanges:

Spiritual Spaces only accepts returns or exchanges in the event that the incorrect product has been delivered, or if we determine that a product has been grossly misrepresented. You must receive return authorization prior to returning your order to receive a refund, credit, or exchange. We are not responsible for unauthorized returns.

Shipping insurance is recommended and may require an additional fee. If your insured order is damaged upon receipt, you should file a claim with the delivery company, including the U.S. Postal Service. The delivery service will be responsible for your refund. You must resubmit your order, if desired, though we cannot guarantee product availability or price.

If your insured order does not arrive within 30 days of the ship date, please contact us. You may be required to provide us with a statement that your order was not received. If the same product is available, it will be reshipped, otherwise, a refund or credit will be given.

We assume no responsibility for uninsured orders.
