Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have a printed catalog?
No. Our website displays most of the products we carry. If you are looking for a particular type of product and don't see it on the site, please contact us–we may have it in stock, be able to special order it, or direct you to an available source. It also helps us to know what our visitors are looking for, so we can provide better service.

Do you have a store I can visit?
Not at this time, but you can browse our website 24/7.

Do you sell internationally?
Please contact us with your details.

Do you collect sales tax?
We only collect tax on sales made within Georgia. The tax rate is based on the county of the buyer. Note that churches and other religious groups are not exempt from sales tax in Georgia.

What are your shipping and handling rates?
The S/H rate must generally be calculated specifically for each order. It is based on the overall weight and dimensions of the product(s) to be delivered, the destination, method of delivery, applicable carrier fees, shipping materials, any special shipping considerations (such as particularly delicate, heavy, or "awkward" items), and shipping insurance, when applicable.

What is your return policy?
Please refer to our Terms. If you have additional questions, please contact us before you order.

Do you provide design services in my area?
We generally offer design services in the Atlanta Metropolitan/North Georgia areas. We may consider out-of-state projects depending on the size and scope of the project. Note that some states have the nonsensical requirement that Designers be registered and licenced in that particular state (we aren't exactly selling firearms or performing brain surgery here). However, if you live in such a state, or if we otherwise cannot do an on-site consultation for you, we may be able to refer you to a partner Designer or assist you though our remote consultation service. For an actual example of this, click here. If you are outside of the United States, please contact us with your details. We can sell products to any state via online, written, or phone orders.

Do you only design for churches?
Though we predominantly work with Christian churches, we offer services for facilities of any faith or creed*, and we will also work with individuals, even those just "spiritual, not religious". Your space does not necessarily need to be used for any type of worship or meditation.
(*Inevitably, our experience and familiarity with some religions will be limited, and we may require additional assistance and information from someone within the organization regarding appropriate symbolism, worship style, etc.)

Do you build churches?
No, we do not build churches or other places of worship. But we might be able to help you find a qualified builder or contractor in your area. Additionally, any structural changes we may recommend should be examined and planned by your own architest, engineer, or contractor.

Why do you sometimes use grey text on a black background? It's hard to read.
You must be using a browser like Firefox™ or Netscape™. Unfortunately, while there have been improvements in recent releases, we discovered that some "non-IE" browsers still have difficulty reading style sheets (CSS), which control things like font color on our site. In some cases, we manually encoded a font color where the text was not visible at all, so this text will appear as white. However, adding such code to every paragraph of text is not only time consuming, but makes it difficult to make site-wide changes. We believe our content is legible, though perhaps not as clear as we would like, and we hope these other browsers make quick advances in accommodating CSS.
